San Pablo man killed on Highway 101 when his dump truck overturns
Identified by other news sources as Cesar Octavio Trujillo-Gonzalez, the 38-year-old man was traveling southbound on Highway 101 just north of the Cesar Chavez exit in the lane to the right of the bus when the accident occurred around 4 p.m., said California Highway Patrol Officer Vu Williams.
