Pedestrian fatally struck on I-680 in Walnut Creek

Apparently she was out of her car trying to wave down some help when she was hit. The driver whose car hit her did stop and cooperate.

Quezada-Martinez was fatally struck on Interstate 680 late Sunday night when her car broke down. The woman was struck when she tried to flag down a car to help her.
