A semi truck and another vehicle collided head on west of Parkdale Hill, according to the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities ID Gunnison woman who died in fatal accident
Smith was driving a 2002 Chevrolet Trail Blazer and collided with a 2007 Kenworth T800, which was pulling a trailer.
