A man has been charged with vehicular homicide and driving under the influence after he lost control of a vehicle on Interstate 25, exited the roadway and struck a tree, killing the 20-year-old female passenger. The crash occurred at 2:11 a.m., according to authorities. Both occupants were taken to a hospital. The passenger has been pronounced deceased.
