Colorado Springs police cited a FedEx driver with careless driving resulting in death after a two-vehicle crash Monday afternoon.
Investigators say the driver failed to stop at a stop sign and turned into the path of an oncoming car.
The collision, about 6 p.m. at the intersection of Palmer Park Boulevard and Fetterman Drive, left the car's driver dead. That person's name has not been released.

Kianna Nash, 26, of Colorado Springs, died at the hospital following the crash, said Lt. Catherine Buckley, Colorado Springs police spokeswoman.
Nash was driving an AMC Concord when she hit a FedEx truck attempting to make a left turn at the intersection of Palmer Park Boulevard and Fetterman Drive around 6:20 p.m. Monday. April Dunbar, 61, was driving the FedEx truck.
