Logan Otis, 20, is charged with vehicular homicide while driving under the influence of alcohol in a single-vehicle rollover collision in northwest Colorado Sunday evening that left his passenger dead. The crash occurred on Moffat County Road 18 North when Otis was driving a Ford Focus northbound. On a curve the vehicle left the roadway and began to roll, ejecting Otis' passenger, 52-year-old Dennis Otis who was not wearing a seat belt. Logan Otis was not injured. Dennis Otis was pronounced deceased at the crash site.
