LARIMER COUNTY '€“ A California man has died in a rafting accident on the Poudre River in northern Colorado. Larimer County authorities say 76-year-old Ronald Palmer of Chico died after falling from a commercial raft into the river on Tuesday. Two other people who fell from the raft along with Palmer were quickly located and pulled back in without injury.
