Two die in single vehicle crash on Forest Service Road in Boulder County

Sutherland said the driver of a 1955 Dodge truck was headed west on U.S. Forest Service Road 456A, went over a mound of dirt, lost a tire and crashed. The driver and two passengers were ejected.

The driver of a Korean War-era truck that fell into a mine shaft in the Boulder County foothills early Sunday was the sole survivor of the single-vehicle crash that killed two people, officials said.

Kim and Ball were both students at Block 1750, a nonprofit hip-hop dance studio at 1750 30th Street that taught dance to students as an after-school activity.

Lutz is an instructor at the studio.

The studio's staff and students gathered on Monday to mourn the news and posted about the three on its Facebook page.

It would be nice if someone included the common name of the road.  Almost no one other than USFS employees knows where the heck road 456A is .......

We completely agree! Whenever possible, Accident Data Center includes the common name, but it's not always available from the media sources we rely on for our information, as in this case.
