Boy injured in elementary school hit-and-run
Police say the boy may have severe bodily injuries but is expected to survive.

A 10-year-old boy suffered non-life threatening injuries in a hit-and-run accident in front of an Aurora elementary school Wednesday afternoon. Around 4 p.m. at Elkhart Elementary School at 1020 N. Eagle St., the boy ran out in front of a van and was hit. The van fled the scene but was later located and the driver was arrested.
