Teenager Under Arrest In Deadly High-Speed CarCollision

The second vehicle was traveling westbound on West 23rd Avenue, and rolled over when it was hit. A 17-year-old is in custody after an early morning collision at Federal Boulevard and West 23rd Avenue. Monday, when police say the teen ran a red light at the intersection at a very high rate of speed. The 17-year-old is being held on charges of vehicular homicide and vehicular assault. A woman inside that car died on the way to the hospital, and a male inside has serious injuries but is expected to survive.

A 17-year-old boy was arrested in connection with the crash, police said. A male suffered serious injuries in the crash, but is expected to survive.
