The man, whose identity has not yet been released, was walking across East Elizabeth Street at the intersection of Patton Street, near Riverside Avenue. At about 9:58 a.m., a westbound GMC Sierra pickup ran him over and dragged him several yards from the crosswalk, investigators with the Fort Collins Police Services CRASH team determined.
