A vehicle ran a red light early Sunday morning at Alameda and Kipling and hit another vehicle in the intersection.

According to police, a vehicle traveling eastbound on Alameda ran the red light and hit a vehicle going southbound on Kipling.

Second person dies after driver allegedly runs red light, crashes into other vehicle in Lakewood

On Tuesday, the Lakewood Police Department said the driver of the car that was struck had died. The passenger in the car had died at the scene Sunday.
