Because of the egg spill, the health department had to be called in to make sure nothing hazardous spilled. A Hazmat team was also called due to a 50-gallon diesel fuel spill.

Daniel Batliner, 41, died when the semi-trailer he was driving, which was hauling eggs, rolled. Batliner was critically injured in the crash and was taken to the Medical Center of the Rockies where he died.

Truck driver dies after rolling semi near Windsor

Batliner was driving north in the left lane on Interstate 25 when he lost control and veered off the left side of the highway just south of the Windsor exit, the Colorado State Patrol reported. The tractor-trailer, which was hauling eggs, rolled a quarter time onto its left side.

It's unknown why Batliner lost control of his truck.
For an unknown reason, the driver of a semi-truck that was hauling eggs lost control and rolled off of I-25 towards the median. The driver, who has not yet been identified, was killed in the crash, and clean up crews had to be called in to deal with both the egg spill and a fuel spill that happened as a result of the crash.
