Victims in Saturday fatal crash near Windsor identified
Navejas was prounounced dead at the scene, and his passenger, who will not be identified, was transported to Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland with moderate injuries, according to Colorado State Patrol. Neither was wearing a seat belt.
