A West Haven teen was killed after crashing her Jeep on Interstate 384 eastbound in Manchester over the weekend, according to state police.

Kaitlyn R. Carney, 18, was eastbound on I-384 in Manchester about 3:30 a.m. Saturday when the Jeep Grand Cherokee she was driving went out of control, struck a concrete barrier, and then rolled over. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

State police are asking anyone who saw anything to call Trooper Marcin Pirog at the Hartford barracks at 860-534-1000, ext. 6162.

Carney was a freshman at Western Connecticut State University in Danbury and a graduate of Lyman Hall High School, according to her obituary.

Pennsylvania State Police in York County are investigating a deadly motorcycle crash.

The accident occurred just after 9:30 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Carlisle and Fickes roads in Warrington Township.

Investigators say the driver, 46-year-old Todd Ziegler of Dillsburg died at the scene.

44-year-old Paul J. Boes was flown to Hershey Medical Center for treatment of major injuries. According to investigators, Boes was driving too fast for conditions and was not wearing a helmet.

One man is dead after losing control of his motorcycle in Heidelburg Township, Lebanon County.

Pennsylvania State Police say 52-year-old William Shartle of Richmond was killed when he lost control on a curve and crashed.

The accident happened just after 5:45 p.m. Saturday on Reistville Road, according to police.

Investigators say Shartle was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital where he later died.

An autopsy is scheduled to be performed Tuesday morning on an 18-year-old who was killed Sunday afternoon in a car crash in Newberry Township.

Joshua Hershey was a passenger in a Corvette that overturned and burst into flames, police said. His autopsy will be performed Tuesday at 8 a.m. at Lehigh Valley Hospital, according to the York County Coroner's Office.

Police say an SUV and car crashed head-on Wednesday in the 1300 block of Auction Road.

The driver of the SUV, Bonnie Miller, of Columbia, died at the scene.

The other driver was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

A 20-year-old man was killed late Sunday night in a crash on Route 15 in Lower Allen Township.

Garrett Levi Anderson, of Dillsburg, was killed when the vehicle he was driving northbound struck the bridge abutment on the Rossmoyne Road overpass, said the Cumberland County coroner, in a news release.

Anderson was not wearing his seatbelt at the time of the crash and was ejected from his vehicle, the coroner said. He suffered multiple traumatic injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
