Police say alcohol or drugs linked to Cape Coral crash
Cape police said a witness reported that as the vehicles entered the 2400 block, Getts' Kia changed lanes abruptly into the inside lane. The left front of the Kia struck the passenger side of the van. Both vehicles were redirected to the right and drove off of the roadway.
