Sunday, August 30, 2015Troopers say a drunk driver collided with a couple that was stopped on the side of I-75 dealing with a disabled vehicle on Sunday morning, killing a Naples man. Robson is accused of causing a fatal collision on Alligator Alley. Authorities say Robson was drunk when she exited the roadway and collided with a disabled minivan that was pulled over. Two people were standing outside the van and Robson hit the couple. Leandro Benitez, 50, was deceased at the crash site, and Marcela Ortega, 52, was airlifted to Lee Memorial Hospital where she is in critical condition.
