A spokesperson for the Florida Highway Patrol identified the children Friday afternoon as Joel Cloud, 14, Jeremiah Warren, 14, Cara Descant, 13, Briena Descant, 10, and Cierra Bordelan, 9. All of them are from Avoyelles Parish, in the Marksville area.

Mother sues after crash killed 5 children heading to Disney

The Palm Beach Post reports that attorney Joseph Fried filed the lawsuit Thursday in Palm Beach County against trucker Steve Holland and others on behalf of the mother of 14-year-old Jeremiah Warren.
