Rodney McRoberts was traveling south in his 1999 Chevrolet Blazer on S.R. 47 when it veered into the median briefly before McRoberts overcorrected back to the right and lost control, troopers said.
Rodney McRoberts, a 54-year-old male is pronounced dead on the scene after losing control of his 1999 Chevrolet Blazer on State Road 47 in Columbia County, Florida. Trying to overcorrect the Blazer, McRoberts SUV overturned multiple times before coming to a stop on its roof. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, McRoberts was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, and was reported dead at the scene.
