The four victims, along with two other children, were traveling west on I-10 in a 2001 Chevrolet Impala when the vehicle veered off the road around 1 p.m. The vehicle continued to head west on the shoulder of the highway when it crossed a ditch and crashed into a tree, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
