A Callahan woman died in a two-vehicle crash in Nassau County Wednesday, the Florida Highway Patrol said.

The victim in the Wednesday morning fatal crash on Florida 200 was identified as Martha Lucas Fralick, 68. Fralick was a passenger in a vehicle driven by Jimmy Everett Fralick III, 21, heading eastbound on Florida 200 near Interstate 95. The second vehicle, driven by Phillip Randall Lyons, 43, of Starke, was turning left on a yellow flashing turn arrow when it collided with Fralick’s vehicle. Martha Fralick was pronounced deceased at the hospital. Jimmy Fralick and Lyons were treated for minor injuries.
