Crewmember Killed in Incident On Board Carnival Ecstasy
A Carnival Cruise Line worker was killed in an incident involving an elevator last Sunday. Miami-Dade Police have identified the victim as 66-year-old Jose Sandoval Opazo, an electrician employed by CCL. In a statement, the cruise line confirmed that Opazo was killed while on board the Carnival Ecstasy, and extends its sympathies to his family and loved ones.
