Car Loses Control, Kills Two Motorcyclists on I-95 SB

Witnesses reported motorcycles traveling at a high rate of speed, police are trying to determine if those were the same motorcycles that witnesses earlier reported.

One of those witnesses was Omer Ulku, who said the cyclists "flew past me" seconds before the crash. "They must have been going like 140 or something crazy like that 'cause it was a blur," said Ulku.

Two brothers described as motorcycle enthusiasts were spotting speeding down a Florida highway late Saturday moments before a woman lost control of her car and created a chain reaction crash that fatally injured both cyclists.
Two motorcyclists were killed after a car lost control on I-95 Southbound in Pompano Beach Saturday evening. The crash happened when the driver, Patricia O. Noel, lost control of her Honda Accord and crashed into a concrete median wall near Atlantic Boulevard. Her vehicle then hit two motorcyclists. Noel is listed in serious condition at Broward Health North. The drivers of the motorcyclists were identified as Kevin Jackson and Andrew Jackson. Andrew Jackson was pronounced deceased at the crash scene as Kevin Jackson was taken to Broward Health North where he later died. Authorties are investigating what caused Noel lost control of her car.

Mr. Kevin Jackson and his brother was really close Kevin was an extremely nice neighbor and will be missed our street will not be the same without him. May him and his brother rest in peace. My deepest condolences goes out to the Jackson family.

These guys rode past me - maybe a couple of minutes before the accident, they were not riding at a high rate of speed then - I would say between 60-70mph. Neither were they driving dangerously. It was a horrific accident and I hope their families know that people were trying to help and protect them at the scene.
