Faith Christian Foust, 22, killed and Roberto Charles McLeskey, 22, Carlee Rae Bruno, 22, and two others injured after head-on collision on Old Dixie Highway in Flagler County, FL

At about 4:00pm, a pickup truck driven by McLeskey with Bruno as a passenger was eastbound on Old Dixie Highway when McLeskey overcorrected into the oncoming lane to avoid exiting the roadway. Meanwhile, a westbound SUV driven by Foust swerved into the eastbound lane to avoid hitting McLeskey, but he had already re-entered the eastbound lane and the two vehicles collided head-on. Foust was pronounced dead at the scene, while a teenage passenger in her vehicle was taken to the hospital and released, and another passenger was taken to a medical facility in critical condition. McLeskey and Bruno were both hospitalized with serious injuries.
