The driver of the other vehicle, Cheyenne Garrett, 18, of Cocoa, was taken to Holmes Regional Hospital with serious injuries. Two other people suffered minor injuries, troopers said.

Troopers say Dolan was driving a 2017 Ford Explorer south on Grissom Parkway when he traveled around a vehicle that was stopped at a light, went through the intersection and struck a 2000 Jeep SUV head-on.
