On Wednesday night, the Maitland Fire Rescue and the Maitland police rushed to Circle Avenue near Orlando Avenue where a pedestrian, identified as Timothy Maurer, 29, was instantly killed after getting hit by a CSX train. According to the fire rescue officials, the his injuries were not survivable.
