According to the Ocala Police Department, a witness was driving behind a 2013 Volkswagen that, the witness stated, was traveling erractically on the avenue. The Volkswagen accelerated and then slammed into the back of a Chevy van. The van rear ended a Toyota Sienna minivan. All the vehicles were in the northbound inside lane of 60th Avenue.
