"Crews are still removing debris and are still in the process of removing the dump truck out of the westbound lanes,'' Montes said in a statement. "It is expected that the westbound E-pass lanes will reopen first."

At about 9:30am, the front left tire on a dump truck driven by Anthony Ross, 49, separated, causing the truck to collide with a barrier wall and eventually come to rest on top of it. Ross was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, which also spread debris across the road, closing both directions of SR 408.
