Witnesses tell troopers there were several children playing in the road when the crash happened.
Fischer was located in a nearby backyard and was arrested by troopers.

Timber Creek High School posted on its Facebook page about the accident, calling it tragic and announcing the Avalon Park Boulevard school would have counselors available for any student who wants to talk.
