Man facing DUI manslaughter charges in crash that killed 2, troopers say
Troopers say Hart was behind the wheel of a 2013 Hyundai Sonata that failed to slow down and struck the back of a small Mitsubishi Mirage at the intersection of Dean Road and Buck Road in east Orange County.
FHP Sgt. Kim Montes said a man and woman were in the Mirage and had stopped in the left turn lane, facing west on Buck Road.
As Hart approached, he failed to stop and his car struck the back of the Mirage, pushing it through the intersection, according to FHP. Hart’s car, with three passengers inside, then struck a tree.

The impact killed a 55-year-old Orlando man driving the Mitsubishi and his female passenger, also of Orlando, Montes said. Their identities weren't released.
