Police in Oviedo are investigating a deadly construction zone accident.
Two SUVs collided just before 11 p.m. Friday on E. Mitchell Hammock Road near Alafaya.
Two women were taken to the hospital, and one male was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officers say no construction workers were present at the time of the crash.
Police are not releasing the names of the people involved in the crash until family members have been notified.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
