Man killed in Pine Hills crash, troopers say
The crash happened shortly after 3 a.m. at the intersection of Colonial Drive and Hastings Street. Hiran Rodriguez, 27, was driving westbound on Colonial Drive at a high rate of speed when an eastbound vehicle tried to turn left onto Hastings Street, Sgt. Kim Montes said.
