Billy Daniel Pullen, 60, of Hosford and Tarina M. White, 46, of Cottondale were pronounced dead after law enforcement officials pulled a 1998 Dodge truck from the water at the end of City Square Boat Ramp in Compass Lake about 10 a.m.
