The victim, 19-year-old Dustin Manning, was on his ATV being pulled by a second ATV on Jasper Floyd Road southbound and approaching the stop sign at the intersection of County Road 183 South.
Manning's ATV was pulled across the westbound lane of the county road and into the path of Floyd's Ford Mustang.
