Okaloosa teen killed in overnight crash
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, 19-year-old Chase Locke was driving a Chevrolet Silverado west on Steele Mill Creek Road along with passenger 19-year-old Benny Howell around 4:30 a.m. when the crashed happened.
The report says that Locke 'failed to maintain control of his vehicle' and drove into the northern ditch along westbound Steele Mill Creek, crashing into an embankment.
