Man seriously injured in wrong-way, head-on crash
According to a Florida Highway Patrol news release, Paul Anthony Oalde was driving a 2005 Nissan 350Z westbound in the eastbound lane of U.S. 98 on the Panama City Beach Parkway at 11 p.m. Saturday. At the same time, 30-year-old Ryan Fredrick Kirk of Panama City Beach was traveling east on the roadway in a 2008 Ford F-150 pickup. Both vehicles were in the inside lane.
