Panama City man killed in crash; 2 injured
Steven Alan Copeland, 38, was killed in the crash, the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) reported. Copeland was driving south in the northbound lanes of State 77 near County 388 shortly after 12:45 a.m. Saturday, FHP reported, driving a 2002 GM Saturday, when the car hit head on a northbound 2004 Buick LeSabre driven by 26-year-old Alicia Nicole Jones, of Panama City.
