Teen dies in Sneads crash
FHP reported Tyler Arnold, of Sneads, was killed at about 8:15 p.m. Thursday night after he lost control of his truck while driving on State Road 286 in Sneads. Troopers said Arnold was driving a 2003 Toyota Tacoma south on State 286 when he lost control at a slight curve near Munford Road. He failed to negotiate the curve, FHP reported, and drove onto the shoulder. When Arnold corrected the vehicle, he lost control, FHP reported. The truck then traveled across both lanes of the roadways and flipped several times before coming to a rest on its side. His passenger, 18-year-old Alek Rogers, also of Sneads, received minor injuries in the crash, FHP reported.
