Two Tallahassee men were killed Saturday night in a helicopter crash in Wakulla County, but a woman survived the crash. The Wakulla County Sheriff's Office said Curtis Robert Clifford, 53 and Terry Bryan Ooten, 49, were found dead at the scene of the crash. Sheri Noelle Devore, 45, also of Tallahassee, was airlifted to an area hospital. There was no word on his condition. Authorities say the crash occurred just after 8 p.m. in a marshy area as the helicopter was taking of from the Wakulla County Airport when the aircraft hit either tree limbs or a power line. A large portion of Panacea was without power after the crash. The aircraft was owned by Tallahassee Helicopters, and it is used for training as well as rentals. The Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation and Safety Board were expected to arrive Sunday to investigate.
