5-car pileup on Blue Angel Parkway sends 6 to hospital
The chain-reaction pileup occurred when Terry Lynn Cummings, 46, of Caledonia, Mississippi, was traveling west on Blue Angel Parkway at around 2:46 p.m. Thursday and failed to slow down as he approached the intersection at U.S. 90 where traffic was stopped, according to a Florida Highway Patrol report.
