Two Bushnell men were killed in a head-on collision Friday on County Road 48 about 10 miles north of Brooksville.

At about 2:30 p.m. Friday east of Steed Terrace on County Road 48, Bradley D. Schroth lost control of his pickup truck and veered into the path of an oncoming Lexus sedan driven by Eric D. Williams. Williams swerved to avoid the collision but was still struck offset head-on on the left side of the Lexas, according to authorities. Neither man was wearing a seat belt, and both men died at the scene.
