Samuel Louis-Gene, 5, of Bradenton was walking east on the south shoulder of 60th Avenue Drive East and playing with two friends. Samuel ran across the road into the path of the Toyota Camry driven by Ashley Bronson, 23, of Bradenton, FHP reports.
