He was doing around 50 to 55 mph we just made the right turn for Gibsinton Dr. after waiting on the light. Guy rang the stop sign so fast didn't give him time to maneuver, Jr. was an experience rider over 30yrs. Believe me when I tell you the old man didn't give him a chance for nothing.

We thought the same thing. The only thing we could figure out is the driver of the suv immediately turned into the inside lane going southbound, after he ran the stop sign. But another report said there was 80 ft of skid marks from the motorcycle to leave that much of a skid mark how fast would you have to be traveling?

Yeah I was passing right after it happened. If the guy in the explorer had of just went on through without any hesitation he might have been able to maneuver around him,or if he was gonna wreck out he would've just sustained some road rash. This is just so sad.

I pass at 2:30 PM for that area and saw the accident, How come if the Motorcylcle was going south bound on us 41, the SUV was going west making a left (south bound) on us 41, the rear of the SUV was destroy by the accident, how the motorcycle hit the left side or "Drivers side of the Explorer" ? I will monitore this link....SMM
