FHP: Woman charged with DUI after crashing car with 4 kids inside

The vehicle eventually entered a water-filled ditch and ran into a fence before coming to rest. Troopers said Wilcher's four children, ages 4, 5, 6 and 7, were in the vehicle. One of them was treated at the scene for a minor injury, as was Wilcher. A 26-year-old male passenger was not injured.
