Authorities still investigating Spring Hill riding lawn mower accident

Pasco Couunty authorities continue to investigate an accident in rural Spring Hill on Saturday in which a woman ran over her 2-year-old son's foot on a riding lawn mower. In April 2013, 2-year-old Ireland Nugent lost both legs below her knees when her father accidentally backed over her on a riding lawn mower in the family's Palm Harbor driveway. This is at least the second such accident in the Tampa Bay area in 27 months. As the boy approached the mower, he fell in such a way that his leg went beneath the mower. Tiffany May Collins, 33, was riding a commercial zero-turn mower at the family's property Orange Drive when she saw Zayden Lane Collins running toward her.
