A woman who died after a utility truck hit her earlier this month has been identified, according to a crash report released this afternoon by the Venice Police Department.
Truck driver Charles Braxton Wilson, 38, was backing up his truck after his spotter gave him the ok. He was backing up at about 5 mph. He looked forward briefly, and wgen he looked back he saw his spotter signalling for him to stop. When he got out of the truck, he found Feldman underneath and called 911. Witnesses say they saw her walking rapidly beside the truck moments before. Feldman died in the accident.
