A blood test found that Thomas Michael Cifrodella, 36, had multiple painkillers and anti-anxiety drugs in his system when his Chevrolet Cobalt crashed into a Ford pickup at Key Lime and Avocado boulevards on Jan. 22, according to an affidavit showing probable cause for his arrest made public Thursday.
