Two people were hurt in a crash involving four vehicles in West Palm Beach on Saturday morning.

According to Palm Beach County Fire Rescue Captain Albert Borroto, PBCFR crews responded to reports of the 4 vehicle crash at 8:25 a.m. and discovered two injured patients that were trapped inside their vehicles and required extrication.

Authorities stated the crash occured at Pike Road and Southern Boulevard. Rescuers stated two people were injured and had to be extricated from their cars. One of the victims, a man in his 30s, had to be airlifted to St. Mary's Medical Center. The second victim, a man, was sent to Wellington Regional Medical Center.
