The initial investigation found that a Honda vehicle — being driven northward on County Line Road by Chelsi Marie Lewis, 20 — had failed to yield after stopping at a stop sign, resulting in her vehicle going into the path of a semi truck being driven eastward on Sylvester Road by Lonnie Williford, 44, said DCPD Lt. Chad Kirkpatrick.
