Ben Herlinger, 38, dies in multi-vehicle car crash on Old National Highway in Fulton County, Georgia

One person was killed on Wednesday night in a multi-vehicle accident in Fulton County. The medical examiner's office identified the victim as Ben Herlinger, 38. The accident occurred around 9:30 p.m. at Old National Highway. The driver who caused the accident was identified as Alunser Adams, 31, of College Park. He was charged with homicide by vehicle and a court date was set in November.
